Visiting the website
The website is hosted on a server operated by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin. When you visit the site, we process your IP address so the server can deliver the pages. We do not store access logs (server logs). If a server error occurs while delivering the pages, an error entry containing your IP address may be created. These entries are automatically overwritten once the error log reaches a fixed size. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

This website does not have a contact form. If you contact us by phone or email, we process your contact details and the information about your enquiry in order to answer your request and, where applicable, to initiate or carry out a job. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other matters, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in appropriate communication under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required for these purposes, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
Contact via WhatsApp
If you contact us via WhatsApp, we process your phone number, profile name, the content of the message, and any photos, files and the metadata they contain that you send voluntarily, in order to answer your request and, where applicable, to initiate or carry out a job. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other matters, it is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The service provider for users in the European Economic Area is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. WhatsApp processes connection, device and usage data and may share data within the Meta group of companies and with service providers. Data may also be transferred to the USA or other third countries in this context. For this, WhatsApp cites, among other things, adequacy decisions and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Messages and calls are end-to-end encrypted. We delete the content stored with us as soon as it is no longer required for processing, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise. Please do not send sensitive data or unnecessary personal data via WhatsApp. You can always use phone or email instead.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
