Stairwell cleaning
In the stairwell, we sweep, vacuum and mop the stairs and landings. We clean the entrance area and the front door with its glass panels, and wipe down railings, handrails, letterboxes, windowsills and light switches. We also clean the lift, including its doors and buttons, the basement corridors, common rooms and the area in front of the building. We remove cobwebs and clean corners and hard-to-reach spots, as well as heavy soiling on the stairs and the mess left behind after building or repair work in the stairwell.
Deep cleaning and end-of-tenancy cleaning
After a renovation, after a tenant moves out, before handover and before moving in, we clean flats, houses and offices thoroughly. After building work, we do the after-builders clean and remove building dust and splashes of plaster, paint and cement. We clean tiles, kitchen surfaces, the bathroom and shower, skirting boards, doors, door frames and radiators, and mop the floors. We clean the windows including the frames, inside and out, and clean light fittings with steam, without cleaning agents.

Regular cleaning takes place at short, agreed intervals. Deep cleaning is less frequent and more thorough. It also removes stubborn dirt, for example after a renovation or before moving in.
How often a stairwell is cleaned varies from building to building, and is usually set out in the tenancy agreement, the house rules or the building's cleaning schedule. The landlord or the property manager decides who is responsible and how the costs are passed on.
